Chris Howells

Chris graduated from University College, Cardiff and became a Chartered Civil Engineer in 1982.

He is Currently Group Managing Director, Managing Director of Mountjoy Building and Maintenance and Chairman of NViro, the group's contract cleaning business. Prior to establishing the Company in 1992 through a management buyout he worked in the private sector for consulting and contracting organisations and in the public sector for District and County Councils at Director level.

Chris is based at the company's Fleet office

Graham Pengelly

Graham, a Chartered Civil Engineer, is a founder member of The Group, and formally chairman of
Mountjoy, the building and maintenance business. Graham sits on the Group Board as a Non-Executive Director

 

Deborah Harvey

Deborah is Executive Chairman of the Group's Catering Company Pabulum and sits on the Board of NViro, Contract Cleaning Specialists.

She has worked in the catering industry for some twenty years having trained and qualified at the renowned Westminster College (Jamie Oliver and all that!) Formerly a senior manager with Gardner Merchant she joined Pabulum in 1996.

Debbie is based at the company's Fleet office

John Russell

John Russell is a founder member of the company and former Managing Director of NViro, the groups contract cleaning business.

Although now retired he remains a member of the Corporate Board Of Directors, helping the company maintain its focus through consistently asking those difficult questions! John also sits on the Boards of Pabulum and Mountjoy, the Group's Catering and Building businesses.
